The substantial blade is of san mai construction, (wrought iron over EN9 carbon steel), with a hidden/stick tang, and is available as a bare blade. It has a convex-to-scandi grind.
 
The blade length is16cm and a 10cm tang. The width at the 'belly' is 3cm. The spine is 4mm.
