Workshop visits and Experience Days are offered only for those 18 years and over.

 

When booking an Experience Day, I require the full course fee. You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 2 months before the course date. If you cancel after this time you will lose the full class fee. Terms and Conditions still apply.

 

In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled by me, all fees are fully refundable. However I cannot be responsible for any other costs incurred.

 

Important information for purchasing knives or other edged items (e.g. axes) within the UK:

I will not sell a knife or axe to anyone under the age of 18. We may require identification or a quick face to face video call to confirm that you are indeed over 18 years of age.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your knife in any way please return it unused within 30 days and I will give you a full refund. I offer a warranty against faulty manufacture for the lifetime of the knives.

 

The warranty not cover abusive use of the knives or normal wear and tear.

Materials such as wood, horn and bone used on my knives are natural products and therefore need care and attention.

 

DO NOT put them in a dishwasher. Use them for the intended task, clean thoroughly, dry and store them safely and they will remain in use for.

 

Shipping

I use the UK Post Office tracked mail for shipping. A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. You may need to verify your age within the UK. Overseas clients may be subject to different rules.
