This Chef knife is in full tang construction, and has a 7.5"/20cm cutting edge and is 13"/33cm overall, and 1.75"/5cm. Blade steel is 26C3 and has a strong hamon.
 
The handle is burr field maple, with deep orange liners and stainless steel pins
