This robust BBQ knife is designed for those largest joints. The blade is a san mai construction of random damascus over EN9 carbon steel, for an excellent cutting edge.
 
The 280mm blade edge, and is 40mm at its widest point, and the weight is slightly forward.
 
The handle scales are walnut, with stainless steel pins securing them to the full tang.
