This medium status Anglo-Saxon broken back seax has a wrought iron spine and random pattern welded 3.25" blade. The blade has an historically accurate differential taper to the spine.
 
The handle has an antler bolster and english yew handle. 
 
The decorated sheath is handmade from wet formed, vegetable tanned leather. The decoration extends to both sides of the sheath.
 
The sheath has a simple leather thong belt suspension.
