A small pattern welded cheese cleaver with a burr oak handle. It is sharp enough for cheese, but can be sharpened to act as a small kitchen cleaver for vegetable prep.
 
Blade edge is 7cm (3") and 7.5cm (2") wide with and overll length of 22cm (8.75").
