This Petit has a clean profile that makes it an excellent all rounder in the kitchen for small to medium cutting tasks.  The carbon steel here is 26C3, which holds a very sharp edge, and comes with a handstitched leather slip for protection.
 
The handle scales are curly birch, with carbon fibre transverse pins.
